An active participant is one who periodically does one or more of the following:
Starts a new thread in the threaded discussion
Replies to a post in the threaded discussion
Subscribes to and regularly reads the threaded discussion
Gives a presentation to the community
Asks a question during a presentation
Attends and speaks up at a community event
Posts content to the community collaboration space
Contributes content to the community newsletter
Posts and comments on the community blog
Posts and edits content in the community wiki
